Big flavour for Big Dog. We have so much love for our new single origin from the Gakuyu region of Kenya. The classic, juicy acidity, simply shouts fizzy cola bottles and blackcurrant sweetness.
The specialty coffee has been processed by the Ndimaini and Kirigu wet mills of the Gakuyu FCS. The cooperative currently has 2506 active members, 827 female and 1646 male. The individuals are responsible for producing a high quality washed coffee from this respective region. Each coffee bean harvested is hand picked and delivered to the Ndimaini wet mill for pulping the same day.
The intricate processing of this coffee delivers undeniable quality in the final cup. A classic Kenya coffee, enriched with fizzing, fruity acidity.
