El Indio
Last but not least, we have this beautiful, naturally processed coffee from the Tolima region of Colombia. Apply named 'El Indio', this coffee is a true representation of the hard work carried out by 175 smallholder farmers of the Asopep and Ascisp association.
Tolima is one of the most successful growing regions in Colombia, with producers representing the cup of excellence year-on-year.
The quality of the El Indio is a culmination of a six-year investment by Cofinet, prioritising high-yielding naturally produced coffee across the region. The growing conditions and exquisite processing have created a cup that elicits juicy king cherries and ripe strawberries with a bold mouthfeel. It's a perfect coffee to cut with milk and a super funky filter.
