To ensure peak flavour and aroma, we roast in small batches multiple times per week at our local roastery. Every bag is shipped shortly after roasting, ensuring you receive it at the optimal point for degassing and brewing. We recommend resting your coffee for 5–7 days from the roast date to allow the flavours to fully develop before brewing.
Yes. We prioritize transparent supply chains and work directly with importers to ensure producers are paid well above Fair Trade minimums. Our packaging is designed for both maximum freshness and recyclability, supporting our commitment to a sustainable coffee industry from farm to cup.

Keep your coffee in its original valved bag, stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can damage the delicate oils and flavor profiles of the beans.
