Coffee has been Alex Ponce’s life since the age of 19 where he began working on his fathers farm. Later in life Alex saw an opportunity, purchasing the farm from his father. Investing in infrastructure and farming practices continues to be the primary mandate, resulting in consistent, high quality green coffee. A harmonious combination of terroir and processing has resulted in big fruits and serious booze.
