Ermera: The most famous specialty region; known for high altitudes that produce clean, bright cups with notes of citrus and cocoa.
Maubisse: A high-altitude mountainous area yielding dense beans with a heavy body and savory, herbal undertones.
Eratoi: Situated at some of the highest altitudes in Timor-Leste, the Erato region is famous for its high-clarity cups featuring bright citrus acidity and a refined floral sweetness.
