V60AeropressChemex

Grown by smallholder farmers in the rural highlands surrounding the iconic Galeras Volcano, this coffee showcases some of the very best washed lots Colombia has to offer. The producers of Nariño are renowned for their meticulous approach and deep respect for the craft, and we’re proud to work with around 200 smallholder growers across multiple local associations who contribute to this exceptional regional lot.

The coffee is fully washed, undergoing a 20–25 hour fermentation before being dried slowly in temperature-controlled parabolic dryers. This careful, controlled process ensures even drying, optimal moisture levels, and the clean, bright cup profile that has made Nariño one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee regions.

We source this coffee through Cofinet, whose ongoing work in the region supports quality, transparency, and long-term relationships. Each year, more producers join the program—drawn by shared values and a collective commitment to exceptional coffee.

To ensure peak flavour and aroma, we roast in small batches multiple times per week at our local roastery. Every bag is shipped shortly after roasting, ensuring you receive it at the optimal point for degassing and brewing. We recommend resting your coffee for 5–7 days from the roast date to allow the flavours to fully develop before brewing.

Keep your coffee in its original valved bag, stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can damage the delicate oils and flavor profiles of the beans.
