Big Dog Coffee Roastery

As one of South Wales's leading coffee roasteries, we take pride in our unique position within the rapidly growing independent Welsh coffee scene. Our facilities are located in the Caerphilly Borough and include the roastery, quality control, offices, technical resources, training areas, and display space.

We roast our coffee using a Diedrich IR-12 drum roaster. This US-made equipment is renowned for its engineering excellence, combining high-quality coffee with precision engineering.

Our approach to coffee is straightforward, making it accessible to everyone who values excellent quality without relying on complex jargon or an exclusive attitude. We invite both existing and new customers to visit our roastery and explore our process, from bean to cup.
